⭐ Review I stood at the reception for several minutes and called them 4–5 times. Each time I was told, “We’re coming,” and each time no one showed up. If you’re not coming, just say so. Don’t keep customers waiting and repeating themselves. This isn’t professional. The whole verification process for MultiSport users is unnecessarily complicated and slow. Instead of making members chase reception staff, implement a proper automated system. It’s 2026 — this shouldn’t be this hard. Waiting around because reception can’t communicate clearly is frustrating and disrespectful to members’ time. Please fix this.
The best gym in Kraków! I can totally recommend visiting it! You won't regret
I was on holidays From Ireland in krakow and this gym was recommended to me.. The man at the front desk was so helpful polite and got me signed up, the gym is absolutely spotless and has cleaners in there doing the floors which was really nice to see.. lots of good equipment and amazing machines.. I'll definitely be back when I visit krakow again.
I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year and I’m very satisfied. I’m especially impressed with how frequently it’s cleaned – it really deserves praise. The only thing I would suggest is having more standard machines on the first floor. Currently, there are more specialized machines that are only used by a few, while the standard ones sometimes have a line. I usually go to the gym in the first half of the day
I have attended this place for three days. Illimited entrances for 72 h for 7.5 euro....... Unbelievable..... Huge gym extremely well furnished with top brand machines. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. I attended in the early morning and was like I was a kid in the amusement park. Extremely recommended
