ASK performed the job to a very high standard: they installed the heat recovery and air conditioning on time, without any mess, and the team was always available by phone, even agreeing to come on a Saturday so as not to delay the remaining work. They recommended truly top-of-the-line equipment, perfectly suited to the house (the chimney sweep praised it). Top-notch customer service, fast and professional pricing – we sent a request for a heat recovery quote online on Sunday at 8:00 PM, and within 15 minutes, we received a preliminary estimate via email. The next day, a consultant called us and provided detailed arrangements. Mr. Daniel Kwiatkowski and Mr. Paweł Wyka prepared three possible solutions tailored to our needs, along with a full, very competitive quote. This was followed by a site visit with Mr. Daniel Kwiatkowski at our construction site in Olkusz on the agreed-upon date, on time, and all our comments regarding the heat recovery design were noted. We ordered all the installations from ASK: from heat recovery, water and sewage, gas, and central heating, to the insulation of the ground floor with Thermolit liquid polystyrene. This marked the end of our relationship with the developer, with whom we had completed the construction to the shell stage, and whose response to every request for even a minor design change was, "It's not in the contract—you'll have to pay extra." We've just had our heat recovery system installed by ASK – lightning-fast turnaround times – in our case, ahead of schedule. They were completely professional. The guys explained everything to us and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. The installation of the heat recovery system is a delight – not only for our 11-year-old son, who said it looks "out of this world," but also for our electrician, who said the installation is perfectly laid out.
