NeoKlima installed a boiler room and heat pump in my home, along with a fireplace with a water jacket. Everything was done correctly. Both devices are working and serving their purpose. I would like to thank Michał for overseeing the work. I am very satisfied and would gladly use this company's services again.

This company is completely incompetent with heat pumps. My installation was in such a terrible state that after an inspection, an official Panasonic service technician threatened to revoke their authorization – only then did they decide to make any repairs. From the very beginning, there were constant problems with the pump's operation. I can't count the number of service technician visits for changes/corrections and the amount of time and frustration I lost. After two years (!), they managed to get the installation back to "as long as it heats." When informed that the pump was heating but cycling (starting and stopping every 15 minutes), the owner replied that the manufacturer allowed this and that it was fine. After further pressure to adjust the installation and eliminate the cycling, communication ceased. This comment is my first step; subsequent steps will be increasingly expensive for them. I definitely do not recommend this company. EDIT 05.02.2026 Mr. Michal, unfortunately, you are lying, and publicly. For two years, you have been unable to get your heating system working properly. During this time, you've been sending out new service technicians; in total, I think four different people have passed through my home. I don't know why there's such a high turnover at your company, but perhaps that's also a problem, resulting in the chaotic and ineffective nature of your actions. I personally involved Panasonic in the matter, noticing Neoklima's lack of knowledge and competence. I'll be bringing them back soon, as I haven't received a response to your reports from January 18th, January 26th, or another failure report from January 30th. Today, I sent you another report about the Wi-Fi module failure because you completely ignored the previous reports. I tried to resolve the issues through standard communication with you. Since you chose to ignore me, I've moved the discussion to your company's public profile. I wonder when you'll realize it's better to help a customer than to ignore them.

The installation of the heat pump and air conditioning went smoothly. Almost a year after installation and one heating and cooling season, I'm very satisfied. The heat pump and air conditioning are working flawlessly, and their power outputs were selected appropriately for the house. The installation was completed on time, and all my questions were answered. Suggestions regarding the layout of the equipment in the utility room were taken into account, so I rate the installation very positively.

I highly recommend Neoklima. The heat pump was selected by an engineer based on actual demand, unlike other companies where the salesperson simply wants to push the heat pump to the highest profit margin, which doesn't necessarily make sense for the customer/investor. The engineer pestered me with detailed questions before he was able to select the right pump, but it was worth the effort. Installation was completed super quickly (less than two weeks) because the pump was in stock. The installation was also completed in a jiffy! I'm attaching photos of the installation.
