I'm very pleased; the tiles are beautiful and of excellent quality. They're wonderful bathroom faucets. I'll evaluate the Chapel boards after installation in March. Working with Lucyna C. was a definite A+.
You don't go in with the designer, so you don't exist for the staff. Maybe that's the concept of this place... the selection is great, but the service is unacceptable.

I warn everyone against using a showroom. I decided to buy tiles worth over 40,000 złoty. According to the contractors, they've never seen such terrible tiles (I've known them for 20 years, and they've tiled small and large areas for me many times). They were crooked in all three planes. During the 130 meters of tile work, 24 meters cracked at the very beginning of the cutting process, despite using new discs and a waterjet tile cutter. The complaint response was outrageous and lacking in substance. I do not recommend them.
I'm very pleased with my order for Spanish WOW Zellige Hexa tiles. The tiles arrived from abroad even earlier than expected, and the goods on the mini pallet were undamaged. The downsides are the hours of work and the fact that you can't return the excess (even the entire package).
