Mr. Jakub designed and then, with his team and partnering companies, implemented the project for a large terrace in a fifth-floor apartment. The entire process was excellent. Mr. Jakub guided me through every step: from consultation with the building's structural engineer, who performed load calculations, through engaging an experienced and highly competent company that selected and constructed the pergola, the locksmiths, and the electrician, transporting the materials by crane to the fifth floor, and finally, the landscaping work itself (planting the plants and installing the irrigation system). When I embarked on this project, I had no experience and was completely unsure how to approach it. Mr. Jakub ensured that all the work was coordinated and completed to a very high standard, on time, and quickly. He selected proven materials. The plants the gardeners had planted had not yet had time to grow. Once that happens, the terrace will transform into a beautiful urban jungle. We still have to choose the furniture. But even now, as I spend my evenings on the terrace, I can't help but think that Mr. Jakub has created a piece of heaven on earth for me.
