They seemed nice and very professional at the beginning, but ended up being a typical rent agency.<br><br>They asked for a higher deposit, that made sense as I am from outside EU, but then ended up taking money without any logic.<br><br>The guy from the agency came on the last day, and he said that he was impressed with the cleaning, than he charged us the cleaning fees.<br><br>He is also charging us an amount for cleaning the flat from insects, he accuses us of causing this, even tho we lived next to the trash bins that were not covered, and also we could see and hear rats making noise right under the windows.<br><br>Also charging us some administration fees that we „didn’t pay”, like a debt, but we were never informed about this until the money was taken from our deposit, we payed every zloty, every month, on time, but somehow he said that we owe some money to the building without any proof, they just take money because they decide to.<br><br>We were good tenants, took care of the place, never received any complaints, the agency was also professional until returning the deposit back was due.<br><br>Such a disappointment, I don’t recommend.<br><br>NIE POLECAM.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing.<br><br>At the end of my tenancy, a significant part of my 5,000 PLN security deposit was withheld for cleaning, pest control, administration fees, and an alleged door frame damage, all of which I dispute.<br><br>During our tenancy, there were rat problems around the building, which I reported at the time and for which I have photos. Despite this, after we moved out, I was charged 350 PLN for pest control, claiming that we were responsible for the pest issue. We never experienced any pest infestation inside the apartment, and I do not accept responsibility for this charge.<br><br>I was also charged 500 PLN for cleaning, even though the apartment was left clean and no concerns about its cleanliness were raised during the handover. At the time, I was told that any cleaning, if required, would cost around 200–250 PLN.<br><br>In addition, 600 PLN was withheld for an alleged door frame damage. I dispute this because I have photos and a video, including a video published before our tenancy, showing that the door frame was already in the same condition before we moved in.<br><br>I also disputed the administration fee because, to the best of my knowledge, all payments had been settled before we moved out.<br><br>Despite asking several times for explanations and supporting documents, I only received them on the last day of the legal period for returning the deposit. Even then, the deduction amounts did not initially add up correctly, and an additional 50 PLN had to be refunded after I pointed out the calculation error.<br><br>I hope this matter can still be resolved, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage future tenants to carefully document the condition of the apartment before moving in and after moving out, keep copies of all communications, and ensure that any issues are recorded in writing.

Korzystałem z usług Swift Rent przez około 2,5 roku przy wynajmie mieszkania. Komunikacja była wygodna (również w języku angielskim), a wszelkie kwestie były rozwiązywane szybko. Agencja rzetelnie pośredniczy między najemcą a właścicielem i kieruje się zapisami umowy. Polecam współpracę.

Kilkuletnia współpraca bez zarzutu. Mieszkam za granicą. Firma pomaga mi w home stagingu i drobnych remontach. Czuję się zaopiekowana. Są świetni w szukaniu najemców. Mieszkanie jest wynajęte prawie bez żadnych przerw.
