Upstairs Management - Short and Long Term Rental Management in Kraków

We stopped here for 3 nights while visiting krakow last week once we arrived via train from the airport the it was easy to locate the apartment and the instructions to access the apartment from the upstairs team was very clear and easy to read, we found the apartment spotless and in an ideal location with links to main station, trams and also a few mins walk into krakow main square and old town. The upstairs team was brilliant with communication and customer service very responsive with any questions or queries we had was a pleasure stopping there for our trip, I would definitely recommend booking with upstairs and will be using their apartments for our future trip to krakow. :)

This airbnb was a brilliant location and is nearby to everything you need. Check in was easy and hosts were very responsive. The place itself was very clean and spacious which created a comfortable environment for our stay! Would recommend this airbnb to anyone planning on visiting krakow 10/10 :

I stayed in the Pokoje w Starej Karczmie location with my brother. The staff were freindly via airbnb and were available to answer questions readily. This remote bnb was very nice, the rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, kitchen well maintained, and overall made the holiday excellent as we knew we had a safe area to rest and relax following a day exploring the city.

Superb stay 👌 apartment was lovely, clean , and only 5 minutes walk from main square.

A used a short time appartment and the location was good. Super helpful and really good communication from the upstairs team. Would recommend 👍
