W ciągu ostatniego miesiąca, w czasie pobytów mojego męża w szpitalu, kilka razy korzystałam z apartamentów firmy Upstairs z Krakowa. Za każdym razem spotykałam się z pomocą i wsparciem ze strony Pracownikow firmy.<br>Zawsze zachwycałam się aranżacją apartamentów, ich czystością i komfortem, a możliwość spacerów wzdłuż Wisły i pobliskich Plant dawała mi ukojenie w trudnych chwilach. Very happy with the apartment we rented in Krupnicza 12. The apartment is really big and spacious for a lot of guests. The communication and hospitality from the staff was friendly and welcoming, would love to come back some day!

Apartment 35 is an excellent place to stay with kith and kin. The building is easily accessible to the city centre, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment itself is truly worth it , well equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief in the scorching heat. Apartment is also equipped with lift. It is well maintained and designed in a contemporary style. Check‑in was simple and convenient, which we appreciated after a long day of travel.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families and friends.
Had a wonderful stay at Smart apartments in Krakow. The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, also the location was great. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything.<br>Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
