Very happy with the apartment we rented in Krupnicza 12. The apartment is really big and spacious for a lot of guests. The communication and hospitality from the staff was friendly and welcoming, would love to come back some day!
The apartment was excellent and in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The neighborhood was very quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the hosts was smooth from the beginning, with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. They were always available to answer any questions and assist us with anything we needed. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

We stopped here for 3 nights while visiting krakow last week once we arrived via train from the airport the it was easy to locate the apartment and the instructions to access the apartment from the upstairs team was very clear and easy to read, we found the apartment spotless and in an ideal location with links to main station, trams and also a few mins walk into krakow main square and old town. The upstairs team was brilliant with communication and customer service very responsive with any questions or queries we had was a pleasure stopping there for our trip, I would definitely recommend booking with upstairs and will be using their apartments for our future trip to krakow. :)
This airbnb was a brilliant location and is nearby to everything you need. Check in was easy and hosts were very responsive. The place itself was very clean and spacious which created a comfortable environment for our stay! Would recommend this airbnb to anyone planning on visiting krakow 10/10 :
