BearEstate Property Valuation

This was my first time needing a property valuation and searching for a specialist. I compared several offers based on other users' reviews. After researching, I decided to use Mariusz's services and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent communication. The assessment was preceded by a site visit, which was scheduled at a convenient time for me. The valuation was comprehensive, with a detailed property description, photos, and a thorough market analysis. The price was affordable, and everything was completed within a week of placing the order. Complete professionalism. Highly recommended 😀👍👍👍

I have a very positive experience working with Mr. Mariusz. The quote was completed professionally and quickly, and all my doubts and questions were answered. I especially appreciate the excellent communication. I highly recommend him.

A solid 5, even 6. Based on previous reviews, I expected professionalism, but Mr. Mariusz exceeded my expectations. Fast, thorough, and completely professional. Very committed to the work. Punctuality and "on-time delivery" – a rarity these days. No need to hesitate – take him on board. I recommend him!

Hello everyone. Recently, I was very urgently looking for someone to do a real estate valuation in the Krakow area. The deadline was urgent and short, but as usual, they said, "We don't have time, we'll arrange a different date, etc." 😔 I found this company online and called, resigned. It was probably Mrs. Karolina who answered. I asked for help, but she couldn't handle it, but she said she'd send the number to her partners, maybe they could help. I thought, yeah... Sure. I made a mistake, I got the number. I ended up with Mr. Mariusz Misiowiec. 💥 Next... besides being specific, the guy asked, "A quote for today or yesterday." He set a date, arrived, explained everything and all the documents needed for the valuation, and was very helpful with any issues along the way. And the work done, especially the photos of all the details, his description, valuation, etc., reminded me of school. 😁 For me, it's something I wouldn't want to do. I created a mini booklet with a description from A to Z. The price for the service is excellent. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE, I hope they're the same as Mr. Mariusz. 🤝👌😉 I wholeheartedly recommend them. I want to say it's so nice to commission a service when you see that the job isn't done and the client isn't just another intruder to be shot, meaning pay and leave. Just like in our offices, among others 🤮. Best regards. 🙋🏻‍♂️

I highly recommend them! From the very beginning, I've had nothing but positives: excellent communication, with Mr. Mariusz responding very quickly to messages and even layman's questions. He also provided friendly and professional advice during the property valuation process. The end result exceeded my expectations: a very detailed valuation, and the document is impressive. I'm very satisfied with the price; judging by the time and effort invested, it's a truly attractive offer. Best regards!
