I used to be a real estate agent myself in ReMax in my country. Nothing against ReMax itself, great international company which protects its employees and costumers. However, the lady Gabriela Kuk is a really incompetent, unprofessional and inexperienced. I went to see a viewing with her and told that I would have to finish everything until Friday if not I have to be notified a day before. She has sent me a message on Friday midday. I refused to take the house we’ve seen since I had to extend my Airbnb. She told me that “I have to take the place since she has prepared everything.” She might have? But, not in time. I did not like this behavior so, I told her to terminate the contract. Days later, she told me that I have to pay her for her services. As it is written in the agreement of ReMax I am not obliged to pay anyone anything until the conclusion of the lease agreement. I suggest you to avoid Gabriela Kuk, go for someone who is competent, professional and knows what he/she is doing.

Agent Maciej Tomalak worked in my case in fully inappropriate way. False information, absence of collaboration and making me loose money for deception. I would not recommend.
