I'd like to tell you about our collaboration with this company, because despite the hits, they acted responsibly. We were moving from Krakow to Wrocław in October, with a lot of belongings, a new apartment, and we were thrilled. Somewhere on the A4 motorway, someone cut off a driver and there was an accident. He called us immediately from the scene, before we even realized what had happened. I went there and saw that a wardrobe was smashed, several boxes of glass had died, and one of the shelves had a leg torn off. I sat there and felt like crying because some of the belongings belonged to my parents, and I thought they were gone forever and no one would pay me for it. The driver and the company coordinator handled the situation really well: the police, photo documentation, a list of all the damages on site, and a damage assessment the same day. It turned out the transport was insured against this type of accident, and the company took care of the entire claims process. I literally signed a few documents and waited. During those three weeks, they kept in touch with updates on what was happening; there was no need to chase them down or call them. The money arrived and completely covered the wardrobe and all the damaged items. Honestly, if everything had gone perfectly, I might not have written this review at all, as I've only had a few moves in my life. But it was the way the company handled things when something went wrong that made me write this, and I won't be calling anyone else for my next move. So, thankfully, everything turned out well, and I'm grateful.
