After analyzing the offers and reviews, I chose Janik. After providing basic information and expectations, the estimator, Ms. Ferenc, presented me with a very detailed PDF proposal drawn up in some analytical and graphical program. I was impressed by its professionalism. I accepted the offer, and almost immediately, the installer arrived to take detailed measurements. After finalizing the price (slightly higher) and the completion date, I commissioned the job. The installation was carried out very efficiently and professionally by two friendly and helpful installers, who removed the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the service.

Both the windows and the people working there are a complete disaster! Tremendous cronyism. The elderly service technicians (the wonderful Mr. Jerzy, who knows nothing but thinks he knows everything) who live on knowledge from 50 years ago try to sell fairy tales and hypocrisy. A service charge of 150 PLN is a serious problem, especially for a window sash! After four years, the windows are ready for the trash bin; they don't close properly, leak, and the handles are falling off.

I don't recommend them. When we placed the order, we were told the window would be delivered in a month or a month and a half, but the contract stated an installation deadline of two months. After a month and a half, we started calling to schedule an installation. Each time we called, the company didn't know what the order was about. They promised to call us back the next day, in three days, at the end of the week, on Monday, in an hour... We never received a call back. Ultimately, the contract deadline passed, and the window wasn't delivered. This seems to be a common practice with this company, as contractual penalties can only be assessed after a month's delay. Ultimately, after numerous calls, the window was installed a week after the contract deadline. I highly recommend them; it's a waste of time and energy.

I don't recommend this window supplier. The windows, purchased and installed a year ago, are loose every two months, and once opened, they can't be closed. One conclusion is clear: poor installation or poor workmanship. The gentlemen who came for the adjustment said they were staring at themselves from the sun (? The question is, is everyone aware of the costs of window joinery in the year and month after the adjustment... ) The windows are open, and I'm afraid of what will happen in winter... And excuse me, someone will say, why open the windows in winter... :) It's better to think twice about purchasing them, because they're difficult to use. P.S. One of the attached photos also shows the professionalism of the tight window installation... Best regards, Maksymilian Krajewski
