The Melitta coffee machine was repaired, cleaned, and works flawlessly. Upon delivery, I received a short instruction on how to properly maintain its components. And on top of all that, the service was professional and very friendly. If I have any problems with the machine, I'll definitely be back. And I'd recommend it to others without hesitation :)

1. I was informed that the standard repair time is two weeks. To expedite the process, I can pay 160 PLN for the express service. The diagnosis is 70 PLN. Total: 230 PLN. 2. They repaired it in two days. So, either customers who don't pay for the express service are being pushed back, or the two-week repair deadlines are being stretched to sell the express service. 3. The repair cost was over 600 PLN. 4. I picked up the espresso machine, took it home, and discovered it was leaking from the water tank. I called the service center, and the person kindly informed me that I could come and repair the espresso machine, which should have been inspected for this amount before being released. My arrival time and fuel are additional costs for this repair. When I asked for the faulty service to be fixed, the person invited me to email them. The espresso machine service, which costs around 1,800-2,000 PLN, was over 800 PLN. I accepted and paid. The disappointment set in at home when I discovered that to use the coffee machine, I had to return to the service center, spending all my time and money in Łódź, to have the service center correct the work, for which they took their due payment. To be fair, the coffee machine is repaired, but I consider the cost excessive and the complaint process inconvenient for the service center.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was sent for an expert's evaluation and... what a disappointment. Not only was I informed upon arrival that the machine had probably been in the car overnight and something inside had definitely broken, but then I waited quite a while for the diagnostics and was expected to receive a long quote, which was completely unrealistic. The service technician wanted to replace half the machine, and the quote was completely unrealistic. After receiving the machine and confirming they wouldn't repair it, the quote suddenly disappeared from the website. After requesting the quote I'd paid for, I was informed that they were having problems with the system and couldn't send it to me at that time. I kept asking for it for about two months. After that, I finally received the information via email. After taking the expert to another service center, it turned out that all they had to do was remove the filter and replace one seal. Any other replacements were unfounded. The coffee machine was repaired for a fraction of the price and frothed better than new. I don't recommend it, but I was disappointed.

I don't recommend it. It's a complete SCAM. I returned my coffee machine, which wouldn't froth milk, and received a repair report for over 1000 PLN, informing me that everything inside needed replacing because everything was cracked from the frost (I returned it in the winter), it was leaking, and the temperature sensor needed to be replaced. I decided against the repair, and the coffee machine returned even worse than when I returned it, as it no longer made coffee. I took it to another repair shop, and the plunger was clogged, so they replaced the seal, which cost 200 PLN. Stay away from these scammers. I'm giving one star because you can't give zero. Edit: No one said I had to submit the repair in my name. My partner did. I'm waiting for legal action. I'd be happy to compare the report and the cost you presented with the repair and the costs I incurred. The coffee machine came back from you broken. So please don't scare me; you tried to scam me and it didn't work. We also waited a month for the expertise that suddenly disappeared.
