Without even looking at it, the expert already knew that everything needed to be replaced. He didn't suggest trying to seal it and filling it with refrigerant, he just said it needed to be replaced and that it would cost 2500 PLN and suggested buying a refrigerator from his network.

Super friendly, professional service. Everything was explained, resolved, and fixed. I recommend it :)

Last Thursday, the repair service arrived very late. I just wanted to find out why the dishwasher wasn't working. Two young guys (unfortunately, I can't call them professionals – it was already 5:00-6:00 PM, so the repairmen probably just sent their apprentices) arrived. They went around, checked the dishwasher, and promised to email me a diagnosis. A week has passed, and there's still no email. It seems like I wasted my money. I don't recommend this company at all; stay away from them!

I don't recommend it. PLN 250 was spent, but I ended up with a damaged part "in my hand," which, according to the repairman, was unavailable anywhere in "his" wholesale stores. The next day, I had to call a second technician from the company's service center (for another PLN 250), this time one who understood the technology of the device I wanted repaired. It turned out the damaged part was readily available at the manufacturer's store in Łódź. Unfortunately, an irreversible mechanical failure also emerged. I called the hotline to report and explain the problem, concluding that I was waiting for a response. And then silence.
