Total unprofessionalism!!! Starting with my first contact with the Łódź branch, where I made an appointment for the next day, and when I called to confirm the time, he said he thought we were discussing Warsaw and quoted incorrect prices. The technician I had made the appointment with forgot about it on the day of the appointment, and when he graciously arrived, he refused service because there was nowhere to park. He didn't even ask about access to the apartment beforehand. Of course, the personal contact was very arrogant and pretentious, absolutely unacceptable.
