Our collaboration with Dekorian Home in Łódź started off promisingly, but the complaints process proved extremely cumbersome. Pros: Efficient logistics, on-time delivery of PERGO panels, and professional installation (March 2025). Contact with the store was exemplary until the sale. Cons (after-sales service): 1. Quality issues: After a short time, defects appeared on the panels (peeling of the top layer). I submitted my complaint on June 23, 2025. 2. Failure to meet deadlines: I received a response after 15 days (July 8, 2025) with an initial refusal. Despite exceeding the statutory 14-day deadline for responding to the complaint, the store avoided taking responsibility. 3. Communication chaos: The matter was transferred back and forth between the Manager and the complaints department, resulting in indecisiveness and requiring me to send multiple emails and visits to the store. 4. Unsatisfactory solutions: I only received a proposal to replace the material (without labor) in October, which, considering the kitchen cabinets had to be disassembled, was unacceptable. 5. Inaccurate advice: The final settlement (January 2026) was merely a half-measure. Furthermore, the window trim chosen by the Manager turned out to be non-functional (too narrow), forcing us to purchase alternatives. The seller focused on aesthetics, ignoring technical issues. The complaint took nearly nine months (completed on March 19, 2026). Although sales and logistics are good, the lack of reliable support for product defects and the disregard for legal deadlines discourage repeat purchases.
