Good quality products, a wide selection to choose from. Relatively quick turnaround time. I'm taking a star off for the direct contact with the customer: the first meeting was great, but the next one, when I was signing the contract and asking about technical details, gave me the impression that the customer was reluctant to share his knowledge. Furthermore, the installers left bags of rubble by the dumpster, which is clearly illegal. It's a shame that when they boasted about taking the dismantled door to the dumpster, they didn't include the removal of the rubble. As a company, it would certainly be easier for you to handle this than for an individual customer.

This company is far from my problem. They've been fixing poorly installed door frames for over a month. The owner doesn't seem to understand the issue and doesn't return calls to explain his mistakes.

Overall, the service was excellent. Professional and friendly advice at the showroom, with comprehensive information and answers. The measurement of the openings for the window replacement was accurate. The installation was thorough, and the men were efficient and polite. They didn't make a mess. Four stars, however, are due to the fact that the service wasn't completed on the agreed-upon date. No one showed up on the day of installation, and only after the intervention did it become clear that the installation order hadn't been issued, and there was no information at all because the showroom employee was on vacation. He only responded to attempts to contact me with cursory messages. A second installation date was finally scheduled, and everything was completed very well.
