The doors themselves were generally okay, but during installation they punched a hole in my wall and scratched the floor. They then denied that this had already happened. We discussed the matter, but nothing was done. I had to call a professional to plaster and paint the wall at my own expense. Not to mention the lady forgot to order one of the doors, and I have to wait several weeks for it again. I do not recommend them; the customer service is pathetic. I will not use their services again.
After measuring and installing the door, visible gaps remained, as seen in the photos. The company denies making any mistakes because, despite the measurements, they were unable to advise us whether the selected door model and door trim would fit our door openings. The door model information stated the opening width. Above 90cm for unrebated doors and below for rebated doors. The opening height, to quote the installer, "I think it will be fine. I don't remember the catalog dimensions by heart, and I don't have the catalog with me." You had all the measurements (I received copies of the documents from you), and you didn't bother to check whether this change would affect the installation. As a company, you are dishonest and unreliable.
I highly recommend purchasing doors and windows from this store. We ordered all our exterior and interior doors and windows from them, and we are VERY satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and able to explain and advise everything. Plus, they have a large selection of products and low prices. The installers are incredibly kind. In short, the best door and window store in Łódź. Thank you again for everything!
