Mr. Marek from the Zel Group did a wonderful job of refinishing the walls after replacing the windows in a historic tenement building in central Łódź. His restoration of the original moldings and ceiling moldings is particularly commendable. The renovated wall looks very elegant. We highly recommend this company!

ZEL Essential Group completed a comprehensive adaptation of a commercial premises in Łódź to accommodate a primary healthcare clinic. The work included: demolition of old walls, ceilings, and floors, installation of partition walls, installation of floors with cement subfloors, polystyrene, underfloor heating, installation of suspended ceilings, installation of plumbing, electrical, internet, and telephone systems, collaboration with subcontractors on ventilation and air conditioning installations, and relocating exterior doors and windows. The work was carried out very efficiently, meticulously, and was completed on schedule, which played a key role in this project. ZEL Essential Group met the investor's expectations in terms of both quality of workmanship and adherence to the deadline. A highly recommended company.
