The service was generally ok, but obvious details were left behind (dust in some corners, the bottom of the toilet) - my mistake was that I didn't check with the contractor when she was still in the flat. However, the worst is the support service, slow and useless. I provided pictures of what was not clean and they answer finding excuses,such as that some brushes for instance were not provided when on the website is clearly stated that they would bring their own equipment. It would have not been a problem anyway to provide it, if only the person that came to clean the flat would have asked for it. Not recommended at all.
