A great company! Perfect collaboration! Not only did they perfectly match the air conditioning, but they also scheduled the installation to my exact schedule. Although the entire project was quite long (due to my fault and the apartment renovation schedule), the customer service was simply wonderful! I appreciate and recommend the way ARSEM operates. At every stage, I felt supported and the company adapted to my needs. When I needed to change the date just before the scheduled completion date, it was no problem, and a new one was immediately scheduled to suit me. During the two-day installation, I watched the installers work, explaining every step of the process. I believe that after the completion stage, if I need a consultation, I will receive one as well.
