The service is a complete disaster. The gentleman in the retail department knows nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone needing advice.
For several years, trying to contact them has been almost impossible, but somehow they've always managed to do so. This year, for three weeks now, I've been unable to reach them by phone! As for the quality of service, it's also far from what a service center should offer. It's unthinkable these days to treat customers this way. I don't recommend it.
The service was a disgrace. For over a year, they tried to repair the furnace by replacing parts that we had to pay for. When I asked for the replaced part back and a refund for the last, as usual, inept repair, Robert came and cleaned the furnace instead of doing what was agreed upon. As usual, it was to no avail. That evening, the furnace malfunctioned, and the radiators were running at full blast throughout the house. The next day, the office worker told me the service was performed correctly. The technician claimed the furnace was working properly, and there was no reason to doubt him. I do not recommend using this company!
The order was placed, and an email arrived stating that I would receive payment details once the manufacturer confirmed availability. It's been four days, and no me, no be, no kukuryku. So they're offering something they don't have. If you're pressed for time, let them order; maybe you'll get it someday, but these days, speed of transaction is the key competitive advantage. I bought what I wanted somewhere else yesterday, and it's already in a parcel locker today.
The last 500 meters are on a bumpy road. The area is a bit tight for a heavy truck to turn around, so it's easier to exit through the hotel gate (you can get the code from the company staff). Unloading takes a while because many small delivery trucks arrive, and they're released first.
