An emergency caused by distraction after 4 p.m. 🫣 ABC was one of four that solved the problem quickly and without having to unscrew the lock, without turning up my nose at "not today." 💪 Thank you and I highly recommend them, especially when you need help immediately ❤️

The service was performed correctly, and the technician was polite, punctual, and professional—I have no complaints. Unfortunately, the overall positive review was undermined by the hotline service. The receipt for the service, which should have been issued immediately upon receipt of cash payment, was only issued eight days later, after I had phoned in for a reminder. Instead of a normal response, I was met with an attempt to shift blame and accused of threatening the hotline employee simply because I had informed them of the possibility of reporting this irregularity to the appropriate authority. Pursuant to Article 111, Section 3a of the Value Added Tax Act, a receipt should be issued immediately upon receipt of payment. This treatment of the customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. It's a shame, because the technician did a very good job, but the customer service at the hotline leaves much to be desired.

Great service, very professional staff, especially Miss Bogusia! I was amazed how knowledgeable and kind person she was, although we could only communicate in English, she knew exactly what kind of lock i needed. Deffo coming back again and will happily recommend to anyone.
