I 100% RECOMMEND The appointment was scheduled by phone, the conversation was professional, and the guy was at the house the next day at the agreed time. The job was tough (a 100mm pipe, completely unsealed, was blocked with plaster). The guy's professional approach, equipment, and skills were excellent, and the plumbing problem was thoroughly and, most importantly, effectively resolved. I highly recommend him - this specialist knows what he's talking about and what he's doing to achieve a 100% satisfactory result and solve the problem.

Great communication with Rafał. After explaining the problem (a completely blocked kitchen drain), he provided a reliable quote with specific terms. He arrived on site within an hour, 20 km from Łódź. It was supposed to be just a blocked kitchen drain, but it turned out to be quite a challenge due to the difficult plumbing and access to the blockage. I chose Rafał's services based on previous reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. The problem was a clogged toilet drain pipe. I highly recommend it! Rafał quickly found a close appointment (the very next day, even though we called late), and he did everything very professionally and efficiently.
