I have a great experience with K2 Group, especially with Claudia! Everything went well.
Unresolved deposit issue — Rental experience in Łódź I rented an apartment through this agency, but the final settlement after the contract ended on Jan 5th has been problematic. Out of the total 4100 PLN deposit, a certain amount remains unpaid without clear justification. Since moving with my family to Spain, communication regarding the final settlement has only become more difficult and frustrating over time. I noticed they are now deflecting all responsibility onto the landlord, despite representing their interests throughout the lease. I strongly advise future tenants to carefully check the penalty clauses in the contract. In my experience, the penalty for early termination was equivalent to 2 months' rent plus utilities, which is exceptionally high. Be prepared for the kind of difficulties with getting your funds back that I am currently experiencing.
I had the pleasure to use this agency and would recommend. I messaged Ms. Claudia on Facebook, received offers, picked some and the visit was scheduled the next day. Ms. Magdalena showed me the apartment, answered all my questions. I was sent a draft of the contract and my list of alterations was processed within an hour until I was satisfied with everything. Ms. Magdalena introduced me to my new landlord, took many helpful Fotos( that will insure me in the future) before I even arrived at the new apartment and sent them to me after. I just came, signed the final version of the contract I approved of and had a wonderful chat with my new landlord and Ms. Magdalena. I can absolutely recommend this agency, specially Ms. Magdalena who was so professional and quick with all my questions and requests.
Amazing service! As an expat is very difficult sometimes to find options for apartments as per language barrier or others but Sebastian made it very easy and smooth to rent , always responsive and attentive. I would recommend the agency to anyone + the options of apartments are very nice and well taken care of. Thank you for making the renting process so easy and enjoyable :)
Great company! They can speak English and the agent was very polite and punctual, on top of arranging a visit of the apartment (a great one by the way) and a meeting with the owners to sign the contract in a very short time while I was for a limited time in Poland in summer, so it was really helpful.
