The apartment was booked, arranged, and waiting to be rented. To my surprise, it was rented to someone else, and the office, despite promising to help me find something else, proved unhelpful...
I found the contact with the agency very poor. I felt like I was more interested in the rental than the person responsible for the service. I regularly inquired about the current offer and was assured that we would revisit the contract after Mr. Bartosz Piekło's vacation. However, I was not informed that the apartment had been rented to someone else in the meantime. I only learned about the lack of availability later. I believe there was a lack of basic communication and professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this agency.
