I've been working in the real estate industry for 11 years and have worked with hundreds of agents and property managers over that time. I must admit that Agnieszka Pietrzykowska's approach is a rare example to follow. I needed a certificate of no arrears for a property, and due to the distance, I couldn't physically travel to Łódź. Agnieszka was incredibly willing to help and, without hesitation, promised to deliver the original document directly to the notary's office. This sends a clear message to me: if Agnieszka collaborates with other professionals in the industry in this way, her clients are certainly receiving at least the same level of care. It's a fantastic approach that bodes well for all future collaborations. Her complete professionalism, for which I thank her and which I sincerely recommend. I wish for such standards of cooperation and mutual trust to be the foundation of the entire industry.
Agnieszka Pietrzykowska, a real estate agent from Łódź, is a woman with a heart of gold (and her hair is also a golden color, as they say hair reflects a person's character) and incredible patience with her clients. She understands that in this profession, you have to be a human being first and foremost, and then do business. She handled my case of selling a difficult building plot, including agricultural land, professionally and with the utmost care. It took some time, but it worked. No more real estate agents! I was completely disgusted by this pseudo-agent. Tragic, to put it mildly. I terminated the contract (free of charge), and received a multi-page litany of regret and hysteria. Two months after signing the contract, no banner. Otodom and OLX are out, period, and there were suggestions to lower the price by 100,000 PLN to sell faster. Agnieszka P. - see you in court! I suffered financial losses thanks to Estate from Piotrowska 22.
