Working with Kacper Rosinski at TGN was a great experience. He helped me find and secure a flat, and his support throughout the entire process was exceptional. What stood out most was how responsive and communicative he was every question I had was answered quickly, and he always kept me informed. Even though I’m not a native Polish speaker, Kacper made sure to explain everything clearly in English, which I really appreciated. He was proactive in pushing the deal forward and made sure I felt confident at every stage. Thanks to his help, I managed to get the flat and sign the lease. Very interesting experience, I don't speak polish so they sent me an agent to show me an apartment, during the conversation with the agent, She was not noting my questions at all and saying she will remember then she never got back to me, it turned out after speaking to her boss that when that I said after I buy I could hand it to you in an independent way to rent it for me, she transmitted the message to her boss as if I want to cut him out of the deal ?!! this is very unprofessional behavior and disrespectful behavior towards investors. If you don't speak polish, don't deal with this agency. --> For clarity: my intention was never to bypass the agency. During the showing, the agent did not take note of my questions and failed to follow up, which I found unprofessional. Her limited English skills made it difficult for her to understand my words, which contributed to the misunderstanding — I simply wanted someone to handle the rental independently, not the agency from which I would purchase the apartment.
I thought I could sell the house myself without any problems. When I listed the listing, however, I wasn't aware of the real market prices or the importance of access to a suitable client base. It was Dawid Górski who helped me organize and stabilize everything, and gave me great hope that the property would sell within the specified timeframe. Be careful with him – if you decide to work with him, Dawid is truly proactive. Every other day, a new client views your apartment, specific conversations, and genuine interest – something completely lacking when working with other agents. He's flexible with showing times and helpful with finalizing the paperwork: legal issues, meter readings, and all the little details you wouldn't have thought of on your own. I wholeheartedly recommend him – he's a guaranteed success in selling your property!
