It was horrible. There was the transportation from Ukraine to Warsaw. From Ukrainian side - no worries, everything was packed and moved perfecly, but from Polands - no. Adam (one of operating officer of this company) is nice but only during call, after that via email and actions he was dry, always no correct explanations and "not enought documents" (but which ones - nobody knew). As a result - all goods have been transported with a huge delay (mid on February - end of July 2025, but 2 month of this was my delay, so basically almost 5 months), a lot (A LOT) of documents provided (they first took my stuff and then asked the document I could not provided for some time - but I asked then to describe the whole list at first), a lot of checks from custom servise (because I am a man and Ukrainian - but they said it was just additional checks not because of that), some of my electronic stuff did not work after transportation (for example electro grill). I can not recommend this company if you are not a resident of EU. Just my recommendation for the Fortis - be more flexible with clients, ask all list of documents BEFORE you get the stuff and hire more communicable personale. No emotions only facts.
