Good morning. I saw 3 ENERGY's offer in September 2021. The good reviews about the company encouraged me to invest, and even though it wasn't the cheapest, I decided to go with them. The representative, Mr. Szymon, thoroughly explained how the panels would be installed on the ground (photo) and connected to the existing system. I had the impression he wanted to advise me, not force me to sell. In November, a team of installers arrived and completed the installation efficiently within three days. Within a month, a PGE Dystrybucja employee connected the system to the grid, and Mr. Szymon installed an app on my phone where I could monitor the operation of the photovoltaic panels in real time. Communication was flawless at every stage. After the first six months, I received an invoice from PGE Obrót, and it turned out that the electricity was practically free, and the only fees remaining were the distribution fees. This confirmed my belief that this was the right investment, so in August of this year, 3 Energy installed a 16 kW KASAI heat pump for me. The installation team is well-trained, and they work efficiently and cleanly. 3 Energy also helped with the formalities related to reporting the installation and obtaining funding.
