To me, they're amateurs who install things haphazardly without even a preliminary inspection of the home's wiring, even though everything was in perfect working order. It was less standard, and they've already failed. The person who comes and estimates the cost should have had education and experience in electrical engineering to figure it out, or at least inquired, but not according to him. Every homeowner needs to be an electrical engineer. Lack of expertise can be a real pain.
Mr. Darek is truly thorough in his approach to the problem – he discusses technical details and also helps with completing the paperwork for PGE and applying for a subsidy for photovoltaic panels. The offer he prepared is very detailed and truly worth considering. We sent numerous requests for proposals, but only two companies provided us with such a well-prepared offer for the purchase of solar panels – one of them was PRU-SUN. We've had the panels for a little over two months, but so far everything is working smoothly. If any issues arise, I'll be sure to update this review ;) I highly recommend them!
PRO-SUN installed a 9.84 kWp PV system for us, along with a 9.9 kW energy storage system and a transfer switch system. Everything was clear, easy to understand, and efficient, and the panels were installed very quickly. I highly recommend them.

The fact that Mr. Darek always answers my calls or returns them promptly is invaluable. Throughout the entire project, I felt safe as a client and investor without any prior knowledge. Very good cooperation with the company during the offer development and implementation preparation stages. The installation was completed according to the agreed schedule, even slightly faster. Good ongoing communication and clarification of all questions. The installation itself is waiting to be launched... PGE doesn't operate as quickly as Pro-sun, but I have no doubt everything will work as planned.
