Professional service. Mr. Rafał provided excellent advice and answered all questions before signing the contract, ensuring there were no ambiguities. Mr. Łukasz's team installed the doors and windows quickly, efficiently, and, above all, thoroughly. The only downside was the waiting time between signing the contract and installation, but good things are worth the wait.
I wholeheartedly recommend IZOPLAST for window installation. The team demonstrated complete professionalism, efficiency, speed, and reliability. The staff is very friendly and professional, with extensive knowledge of the products they offer and a personalized approach to each client. I recommend this company to everyone. Use their services, you won't regret it.
Super
I am very pleased with the services provided by this company. The window and door installation was carried out to the highest standard, with attention to every detail. The team was professional, punctual, and provided expert advice at every stage of the project. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
I definitely don't recommend Izoplast. Last year, I placed a large order with Izoplast for my single-family home: entrance doors, windows, roller shutters, a Smart Slide system, and a garage door. I chose this company because they'd been in business for many years and had built a professional image. I preferred to pay a significant premium over the competition to be "under their care." They know their stuff, I don't, so I figured I could choose how something should look, and they would execute it expertly. Unfortunately, everything's fine as long as everything goes according to plan. However, when a problem arises, the company washes its hands of it. I ordered a Wiśniowski gate. An employee came, took measurements, and recommended a specific model. I accepted it – it looked very good in the brochure. A few months later, the gate was installed. Unfortunately, the construction manager was on vacation at the time, so I picked it up myself. It looked more or less like the photos, opened and closed, so I assumed it was fine. Upon his return, the construction manager noted that: - the seal wasn't working properly – it wasn't pressing against the door itself, but against the adjacent tiles, which could cause them to freeze. - an air pocket was forming at the installation site, which could cause water to condense, freeze, and/or mold to form. - the spans were uneven – 3.5 out of 4 were visible, which looks bad. According to the manager, the door was simply not properly fitted to the building. I reported the problem to the company. I received the following response: "Good morning, The garage door was manufactured and installed in accordance with the signed order. The door is fully functional and functional. All arrangements were made with you, and you received the product as agreed. During the inspection, no damage or abnormalities were found in the seal. Considering the above, I cannot accept the validity of this complaint. Best regards." In summary: As a layman, I trusted a professional company that is already at least 20% more expensive than the competition on average (based on quotes collected for 2024). I expected professional service. Instead, I received the wrong gate and a response like, "You got what you ordered." Except that a company that simply installs what I order will do it 50% cheaper. They'll come and install what's already there. I expected something completely different from Izoplast. I don't recommend them. Since Izoplast only does installation and doesn't take responsibility for what they recommend, there are many other companies that will do it cheaper. And it's a complete lie that someone told me the seal wouldn't touch the gate or that 3.5 of the 4 spans would be visible. With an investment of over 65,000 PLN, I would have easily paid the extra money to have everything done properly.
