Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review of the service. The service was "performed" as part of the insurance package. A very unpleasant, mechanical smell began to emanate from the washing machine at high speeds, intensifying at higher speeds. Before he arrived, the repairman said the smell wasn't covered by the warranty. After over a year of operation, the washing machine is starting to emit an unpleasant odor, and he claimed it's a "normal washing machine smell." Another argument: "Only women report this type of fault" (which probably indicates a malfunction). He only removed the top cover. He didn't check if the flange, previously replaced under warranty, was properly installed or if any components were rubbing against each other during operation. In my opinion, he arrived to dismiss the problem, assuming I wouldn't be able to provide photos or videos of the washing machine malfunctioning. The serviceman was either unpleasant, lacking the necessary repair knowledge, or simply rude. I don't recommend him. He didn't even try to fix the washing machine, and the pressure increased significantly.
The Elektropoz service, commissioned by Efficient Insurance Solutions, is a complete disaster. They don't answer calls, ignore text messages, and remain completely indifferent to the customer. It's been two months, and they still haven't even assessed the feasibility of repairing the device. This disregard for the customer and lack of basic communication is absolutely unacceptable. If this situation doesn't improve, I will be referring this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman.
Just before the warranty expired, I had to replace the bearings in my washing machine. Three visits, no one answered my phone, and I didn't have a washing machine for a month. But it was finally done, and it was done. Three months later, the same thing happened: the drum was hanging, the warranty was void, so I disassembled it, and what happened was that the cross-brace was screwed on haphazardly, a screw broke (one of three), and the guy left the cross-brace loose. The drum was bent, and the drum housing was smashed. Szuszfol, fafudrok, a business man, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
