First, I'd like to point out that before choosing Adam's studio, I read many of these opinions. Today, when I have the design in my hand and the permit issued, I can honestly say that what my predecessors wrote is true, and I would gladly agree with every single one of them. Working with Mr. Adam is like a school trip with the best guide who tells you everything, explains everything, knows the answer to every question, and his solutions are very well-thought-out and useful. He explains it all in a way that a schoolchild can understand. Furthermore, many construction companies recommended Mr. Adam to me, which is also a testament to that. What deserves special praise is the administrative process, including submitting the paperwork. Mr. Adam took everything upon himself, and it wasn't easy. We were faced with a terribly annoying clerk who didn't care about the building or anything about its structure, appearance, or anything! The guy came up with his own interpretations of the design without ANY basis in building law. What did Mr. Adam do? He explained the clerk so well. I truly regret that I can't show you how to do it, because it was truly masterful. That's when I realized what a top-notch specialist Mr. Adam is. He's confident in what he does and knows his stuff perfectly. Additionally, Mr. Adam's colleagues deserve praise, as we have a fantastic rapport and conversations with them. The amount of information I gained from them is… beyond words. Everyone knows that building a house requires at least a PhD in any field. Thanks to Mr. Adam and his team, I already have at least an engineering degree and am halfway through my master's degree :) I highly recommend it! Highly recommended!

The project was completed very efficiently, and all our comments—even those that weren't entirely precise—were transformed into a very satisfying end result. When we had any technical or legal concerns, Mr. Adam either clarified them or referred us to the person responsible for the matter for further information. His insight is also a plus – he pointed out that one of the solutions might pose a problem at the municipal office due to the local development plan. The permit process was also painless.
