We used a pre-designed house plan from NANOstudio, and I must admit it's very well thought out. The layout is functional, the rooms are well-proportioned, and the design is attractive. The ability to make changes was also a big plus. The studio's support was excellent.
Dramatic approach to the client. I didn't want a "barn" because that's probably all they know how to do, and Marcin caused a lot of problems... Zero advice, zero support. A dry rehash of what I asked for. And additional hidden costs. I completely advise against it. I regret this collaboration. Unfortunately, I didn't understand the importance of properly preparing an architectural design. Today, I definitely wouldn't entrust my life's project to this company!!!
