A primitive way of handling the complaint, claiming I was at fault despite the obvious crack in the door frame during production... the door is hinged with watch screws, practically NEVER USED!!!!!!!! :D but very expensive :D And then there's the lie about the door stop being behind the door from the very beginning... childish, Castorama doors hold up better after 20 years :DDDD The products are expensive, but the quality doesn't match the price.
