This is the fourth week I've been waiting for a wallpaper sample I ordered and paid for in-store. Furthermore, the wallpaper design, which was created in the showroom, was supposed to be emailed to me, but it also hasn't arrived. Two stars only because we purchased the wallpaper from this location over five years ago and it's of very good quality, but the current customer service is terrible.
A very nice and competent lady served us today, and the selection of wallpapers is huge, we already know we don't have to look anywhere else :)
A large selection of wallpapers, but unfortunately, a major drawback is the lack of returns. This is despite the wallpaper being in its original, undamaged packaging. When I purchased it, no one informed me that returns were not possible. In most stores of this type, returning undamaged wallpapers is a matter of course. After contacting me by phone, they didn't even try to help me in any way. For example, I could exchange it for another item or take it to a "consignment" shop. After all, someone will want to buy the same wallpaper someday. I know I miscalculated the amount of wallpaper I needed, but I still feel a bit cheated.
A huge selection of wallpapers that exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality and value for money, and the customer service was thorough and professional. The order was completed within the estimated timeframe provided by the staff. Additionally, you can use the wallpapering services recommended by the store, whose service proved to be exceptionally fast and professional.
