I've been waiting for my blind installation complaint to be processed since October 6, 2025. The company promises service technicians will contact me, but they remain silent.
After two years, three windows had to be replaced due to cracked frames. The office staff and management were unprofessional. We spent 100,000 PLN on windows, and that was our worst decision when building our house. When replacing the patio window and patio door, we had to cut out a large piece of subfloor, which means the patio isn't as professionally finished as it was initially. When installing the patio door, it turned out they'd mixed up the door opening directions (we waited four months for the replacement – they couldn't have prepared for it for that long), so the door is mounted on the wrong side of the wall. We honestly don't recommend them! The windows have been sagging for two years and have already been to our home 10 times. The installers laugh at the idea that they should have a room in our home, as they're so often here. It's not funny, because we wasted a lot of time and effort on their unprofessionalism. Also, be careful with Ms. Natalia – she's exceptionally incompetent at her job.
I'm not rating a product for which I have no complaints, but I am regarding installation and operation. The glass in the large windows has scratches, likely caused during installation. The complaint was rejected because I noticed this after 12 months. Installation deviations. A 150 cm high window has a vertical deviation of 1.5 cm. The height difference between two windows installed side by side 120 cm apart is 1.5 cm. The EPDM tape sealing the large windows from the outside against rain and moisture was installed incorrectly. After rain, water runs down the baseboard to the window edges and seeps inward in such quantity that puddles form. Everything was reported. By email and phone. No contact. Everything was ignored, even though the defects were reported during the warranty and guarantee periods. I'm considering a civil lawsuit. One star for the window rating.
