STALREM Door Showroom Poznań

We've been waiting for 2 interior doors to be delivered for 4 months! I can understand a lot of things, but 10/12/2025 is, in my opinion, way too much. I honestly don't recommend this company! I suspect we'll have to wait another 4 months for this kind of review. I wonder if Porta realizes how their products are marketed. What a huge disappointment.

I couldn't have chosen a better door company. The lady at the showroom waited for us even though it was after her hours, for which we were truly grateful. She advised us and helped us choose the doors, which we are very happy with. The installers were extremely kind, punctual, and very professional. We are very pleased with the quality of the service and customer service.

I sincerely thank Mr. Krzysztof for measuring and then installing the doors in my apartment. He's a very kind man, full of professionalism, commitment, and thoroughness. Companies are lacking such people these days... thank you, and I highly recommend the Stalrem showroom and the installer, Mr. Krzysztof.

I wholeheartedly recommend them! Stalrem supplied and installed six concealed doors and a vestibule door in my home. I am very pleased with the quality of service. The sales department was always available to provide me with any information I needed. A big thank you to the installers, who installed the doors perfectly, were always on time, and helped resolve technical issues on-site.

Aside from the friendly sales staff, I can't say anything more positive about the order process here. It's the only thing/interaction I regret about finishing the entire apartment. I relied on Google reviews, but as you can see, that was a terrible mistake. The hidden HIDE doors were installed terribly (as seen in the photos). Despite preparing the walls according to the instructions the installers gave me, something went wrong, and they're routinely blaming the plasterers (which I strongly disagree with, as I was personally involved in the installation of the door frame). The complaint process with the branch manager was terrible. I waited over four weeks to appeal the decision, and they graciously responded after three reminders. If a company can't install such doors, they shouldn't offer them. The installation of the bathroom doors was also less than successful (as you can see, the doors weren't properly adjusted, and light leaks through the gaps – the flooring installers fixed it within 10 minutes...). So, to answer the question, would I recommend buying from this company? The answer is a resounding NO.
