I have a very negative experience with the Direct Floor showroom and highly recommend it. 1. The door frame arrived damaged for installation. We waited over two months for a replacement. There was no communication from the showroom; we had to constantly remind them and even ask for the damaged components to be replaced. 2. From the beginning, we planned to install a door with glass glued to it on the ground floor. It turned out that the door handle hardware was too short. The showroom knew from the start that the door would have glass. Despite this, they sent the handle hardware that was too short. Now, when we complain, they refuse to fix it because the door has glass, which they knew about from the beginning. In summary, I highly DO NOT recommend it.
A great company with friendly and professional service. I ordered vinyl planks and a new door with a frame for my apartment, which was being renovated. Everything was delivered on time. The team they recommended removed the old panels and installed the new ones in one day. They replaced the doors at the same time and cleaned everything up nicely. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Direct Floor. This year, we placed an order with Direct Floor for wooden doors with hidden door frames, painted a special color. The ordering and completion process went very smoothly. Ms. Danuta and Mr. Filip were friendly, helpful, and professional at every stage. They answered every question efficiently and quickly. Even though our renovation was extended and the door leaves couldn't be installed by our promised deadline, Direct Floor stored the doors for us at no extra cost until we could "hang them." The men who took the measurements and installed the doors were also very reliable. They completed the work efficiently and cleanly. They answered and advised us on-site to every question. As for the doors themselves: very well-made and solid. Made exactly to our expectations. They blend beautifully into the interior of our apartment. Thank you very much for the beautiful doors in our home and for the pleasant cooperation :)
