The showroom is large, with a wide selection of flooring, but the service is subpar. After asking about a specific product, we only received a "that way" response. No help in selecting one, and zero interest.

We thought we'd arrived at the showroom prepared (of course, based on what we'd learned online and what we'd heard from friends). At first, we declined the staff's help because we just wanted to browse around for what we were interested in. Our first visit to the flooring... we were impressed by the large selection of materials and the confusion about where to begin, as it turned out we didn't really know much about the subject. The new products and beautiful cashmere colors caught our attention, but the question still remained: "What would be best?" It didn't take long for the salesperson to come back. A charming blond gentleman with a smile showed us around the entire showroom, told us about the flooring, vinyl records, and furniture fronts, and gave us a comprehensive answer to literally every question we had. That's why I'm writing this review. He's our hero :D. Thanks to him, we now know what we need and we'll definitely be back once my fiancé and I have chosen the colors for our furniture and flooring. It's so nice that someone was willing to help, even though there was no guarantee we'd buy anything. The prices are affordable, and we even know which flooring underlayment to use. We recommend them because of the excellent location and service.
