Accurate observations, complete availability, attention to the client's well-being, no concessions for contractors (Gosia is a specialist in finding significant errors and nuances that perfect every detail of the project), and overall complete professionalism. It seems to me that these days, fewer and fewer "experts" emphasize maintaining quality and technical thought, and focus more on the "final look" of the project. Gosia is a different example – it's supposed to look good in the end (oh, she'll make sure of that 😉), but above all, the technical thought and functionality of the facility must be preserved.
