It was hard to get the info via Google and calls, so I decided to visit this place in person. That’s where I met Timur. He was the first person at the entrance, and honestly, he completely changed my impression of the place. From the start, he was very open, friendly, and easy to talk to. What really helped me was that he speaks English well — we understood each other without any problems. He was the only one who could really guide me and answer my questions, and he did it with patience and a genuine desire to help. He was always polite, smiling, and just had this warm energy that makes you feel comfortable right away. Because of him, the whole place felt more welcoming and special 🙌

Be ready that at the end of your membership you will be charged twice. No one cares about customers here really. The gym itself is average not premium as they said

Receptionists with a bad attitude towards service. I went there to check out the gym, I said I was interested in paying for a day, they kept me waiting for several minutes and when they attended to me, they didn't tell me the price of the day, only after I had paid and argued, they told me it wasn't possible to pay for one day and I was forced to pay 72pln for 72 hours of training. In other words, if someone wants to train for just one day, they are forced to pay for 3, even if they don't want to go back again. Gyms that do this are probably desperate for money. I don't recommend it because besides being expensive, the equipment is terrible and the place is very poorly planned, giving the impression that it is full all the time.

I don’t recommend this gym unfortunately because you will pay more but their equipments are old and out of service and their bathrooms are a little untidy ! They sell a bottle of water for 6 or 5 Zl and it is two times expensive and staff also are not professional!May be for someone this gym is ok but not for me ! I want to buy again membership from CityFit gym because there’s equipments so many and modern and you don’t have to buy water because it is free in CityFit and monthly payment also cheaper 2 times around 120 zl monthly!

Overall, the gym is good in terms of gym equipment, but I definitely don't recommend the sauna since we had a very bad experience. In the sauna, we politely asked a guy to cover but he responded rudely which was uncomfortable. we did tell the guard but they didn't do much because of the regulations. It would be great if the organization made the rules comfortable for all the genders. Since yesterday's situation I don't think I feel safe going back to the sauna because of the behavior of such people. The regulations of the sauna definitely are not kept in mind for international people.
