Highly recommended! The windows, window sills, and mosquito nets were thoroughly cleaned, and the balcony railings were perfectly polished. Thank you so much for cleaning my very dirty apartment perfectly. The difficult job was done brilliantly, and I'm also extremely pleased with the communication with the owner, the timely completion of the service (significantly earlier than expected), and the company's flexibility in handing over and collecting the apartment keys. I join in calling this company a model in an industry where unreliability is easily a problem. If I could, I'd give it ten stars instead of five.
I don't know where these positive comments are coming from. The apartment was scheduled for a thorough cleaning, and everything was agreed upon in advance – a thorough cleaning, everything (arranging things, cleaning appliances, etc.). But when they arrived, they said they weren't cleaning because it wasn't thorough, and they didn't clean things like that. They had a problem with the windows being dirty, but they came to clean, not to complain. As you can see, they only cleaned the oven inside and out, and the microwave, but only on the bottom (the microwave wall wasn't cleaned). The kitchen cabinets were the same – only a little on the bottom. The cooker hood was still dirty (they only cleaned half). They cleaned two outside windowsills, but the one by the kitchen was left uncleaned. The gentleman who climbed onto a chair to clean the windows didn't clean the chair either (until I told him – they did, but it was still dirty). The agreed-upon fee was 750 PLN + 20 PLN for trash removal, and then he suddenly told me I had to pay 800 PLN – something he hadn't mentioned before. I will never use this company again!!!
I recommend them 100%! Great communication with the company; Mr. Łukasz explained the entire cleaning process in detail. The service was performed very thoroughly and with great care. Everything is sparkling clean! I will recommend them to all my friends and will definitely use them regularly! The best cleaning company in Poznań!
