Installation Services - I waited a month and a half for the installer to visit and inspect my installation, after which I was supposed to receive a quote (within 5 days). Upon repeated attempts to contact him, I received repeated explanations for the lack of information and empty assurances of completion, including further waiting times. I was left with a faulty heating system and, in fact, no clear information. In fact, Mr. D. did nothing to justify his approach. It was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. Thank you for the wasted time and lack of integrity.
