I'm not inclined to leave negative reviews because I work with clients myself and know what this type of work entails. However, today my negative emotions escalated. Today, April 24th, I went to ABC Bezpieczeństwa in Poznań to purchase a door lock and door handle. I took my old parts with me so they could match them with the new ones. The lock was fitted without a problem, but the problem was with the door handle. The service representative said he would look for one in the warehouse and call me back. A little later, I received a call saying they had found the door handle, but it was slightly scratched, which didn't bother me – it was just supposed to be functional. The lock arrived in its original box, but the door handle was returned to me without any packaging, as seen in the attached photo. The pin connecting the outer and inner door handles was from my old door handle anyway, which seemed odd at first, but I was pressed for time, so I gathered everything and went home to assemble the newly purchased parts. After returning home, I discovered that the door handle, despite being matched to the old (damaged) one, didn't fit due to the component highlighted in the photo (I apologize for the lack of proper name and nomenclature, but I'm not an expert in this field). I lost patience and trust in the above company, and then called another company that also specializes in this type of service to come and help. Upon arrival, a service technician from another company installed the correct door handle, packaged in the factory box, and determined that the door handle I purchased from you might have been used due to missing components. I paid 350 PLN for the entire item. The same lock in stores and online auctions from reputable sellers can cost a maximum of 50 PLN. This is several hundred times more than the price in your store. Then there's the issue of the door handle, which I had been skeptical about from the start. I'm deeply sorry and disgusted by this situation. I used your services once to purchase a door lock and returned to you again. This situation will not happen again, and I will avoid your store.
