I highly recommend this gentleman's services! Thank you so much for your help! This morning, on New Year's Eve, he came especially for me and replaced the batteries in my car key/card. He helped me in an urgent need, as I couldn't even lock the car without the battery... The cost of the entire service was reasonable, and I'm satisfied.
Canceling an appointment 1.5 hours before the scheduled time is definitely too late. I understand the illness, but this situation disrupts the client's day. Unfortunately, it lowers my rating of the service.
