Pewien czas temu mieliśmy problem z pchłą ptasią. Poprzez przesłanie zdjęć ugryzień i konsultacje telefoniczne został wybrany i zastosowany odpowiedni preparat dzięki, któremu uporaliśmy się z uporczywym problemem. Pan Grzegorz cierpliwie odpowiadał na wszystko pytania dotyczące zastosowanego środka oraz przygotowania domu do zabiegu. Realizacja była szybka i wszystko odbywało się w uzgodnionym terminie. Osoba wykonująca zabieg w domu była bardzo profesjonalna w podejściu do problemu. Polecam i uważajcie podczas oczyszczania budek lęgowych ;) Pozdrawiam!

I used their services a few years ago, but I didn't leave a review until now. I had bedbugs in my house. The first time, someone else was supposed to exterminate them, but it didn't work. Then, based on the good reviews, I decided to use this company. They said two disinfections would be necessary, spaced apart, to get rid of the bedbugs, so we decided to do that. I remember being told there were a lot of them in our apartment, and when I got up to use the bathroom at around 2 or 3 a.m., I was horrified by how many there were. At first, when the disinfection was done, I was worried that they might not get rid of all the bedbugs, because I remember seeing them again after a while, but eventually I stopped seeing them, just as I remember being told it might take some time for them to disappear completely. So, it's been a few years now, and I haven't seen a trace of the bedbugs. I recommend them.

A professional company of the highest standard! The treatment was performed by Mr. Mateusz, a very kind and empathetic person. He was prompt, punctual, and above all, effective. Two mandatory treatments allowed us to eliminate the bedbug problem in our newly purchased property. I am very grateful!

Professional and friendly communication, and a very quick turnaround time were key. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and efficiently removed four wasp nests. A pleasant surprise was that they cleaned up the remnants of the nests and, on their own initiative, quickly conducted an inspection to see if any nests remained. The entire process went very smoothly. They also informed us about the possibility of a warranty if the insects returned to their previous location. They also provided some tips on securing the house and the soffit. We were truly pleasantly surprised by the level of service.
