Sebastian was a big help! For months both the dog & I had been experiencing GI issues, Allergies, Respiratory problems which appeared out of nowhere. Suspicious due to comments by Doctors & Veterinarians that it must be our environment I reached out to Sebastian to come for an inspection of our premises. As a result, the problems were uncovered and treatment carried out by the landlord. Now both the dog and I can begin our healing in a new environment. I highly recommend this service. He speaks English , is professional, very experienced , and kind.

Thanks to Mr. Sebastian, I no longer have a problem. I called many companies that offer 24/7 assistance last night, but Mr. Sebastian was the first to reach out. Empathy, kindness, understanding, and constant communication (because the matter couldn't be resolved immediately). Mr. Sebastian accurately identified the guest's entrance and even predicted when they would return... Getting rid of a guest(s) isn't cheap, but using the bathroom without fear is priceless.
