I do not recommend working with Ms. Alicja Szpak. She is young and friendly, but unfortunately, that's where the positives of this real estate agent end. Our experience indicates a lack of professionalism in her client service, including lateness to appointments and poor work organization. Ms. Alicja was introduced to us by the agency's owner as a very experienced and professional person – unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to see this for ourselves during our time with her. Instead, we felt a lack of reliability in customer service, and there were situations that raised ethical concerns. In our opinion, the standard of service fell far short of expectations, especially for such an important and expensive decision as purchasing a property. If you decide to contact this agency, we recommend exercising extreme caution and thoroughly verifying all arrangements and documents to avoid unnecessary costs or misunderstandings when purchasing your dream home.
